PRODUCT USE
Direct reading and remote transmission large diameter smart water meter is used to measure the total amount of drinking water flowing through the tap pipe and transmitted to the secondary meter via the M-BUS or 485 bus.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Built-in CPU, memory chip and communication module (RS485\M-BUS)
Only when the water meter data is collected, the power supply is read by the phototube, the word wheel code of the water meter is generated by the CPU and the number is output by the M_BUS or 485 bus
The water meter adopts detachable spiral vane type water meter, the counter is separated from the lower structure, the reading is kept clear, and the replacement counter can be exchanged without stopping the water
Water meter maintenance does not need to be removed from the pipe
USE CONDITION
Water temperature ≤50℃ (cold water meter)
Water temperature ≤90℃ (hot water meter)
The water meter cannot be immersed in water if the water pressure is less than 1Mpa
Signal type
SIGNAL TYPE
Photoelectric coding passive direct reading technology, support DL/T 645, CJ-T188, MODBUS, industry general or user specified communication protocol; Communication transmission distance: 300M; Communication transmission rate: 1200BPS, 2400BPS, 4800BPS, 9600BPS.
Allowable error
MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE ERROR
1, the allowable error in the low range from including flow (Q1) to excluding boundary flow (Q2) is ±5%.
2, the allowable error in the high area from including flow (Q2) to including overload flow (Q4) is ±2%, (hot water meter) ±2.5%.
Installation requirements
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The water meter installation must be mounted horizontally so that the meter reading face up in the direction of the arrow and the direction of the water flow. Flush the pipe before installing the water meter. The water meter must be installed in the surrounding environment. It is recommended to install it in a dedicated water meter box. Valves must be installed before and after water meters.
(Note: Water meter installation national standard: must be strictly in accordance with the People's Republic of China national standard GB/T778.2-1996 requirements.)
1, when choosing a water meter, the flow rate often used by the pipeline should be close to or less than the common flow rate of the water meter, and the caliber of the water meter can not be determined simply by the caliber of the pipeline.
2, the newly installed pipe should remove the stone, sand and other debris in the pipe and then install the water meter, in order to damage the water table or failure.
3, the water meter should be installed horizontally, the dial is upward, the arrow direction of the case is consistent with the direction of water flow in the pipeline, in order to make the water meter accurate measurement, and prevent vibration from affecting the life of the water meter, the water meter should be installed away from the pump, the upstream of the water meter should be installed flow straightening device or rectifier straight pipe section, the length of the rectifier straight pipe section is greater than 10 times the caliber of the water meter; The length of the downstream straight pipe section should be greater than 5 times the caliber of the water meter.
4, the water meter should not be subjected to excessive stress caused by pipes and pipe fittings. When needed, the water meter should be mounted on the base or bracket.
5, the water meter should prevent exposure, freezing, pollution and flooding, and easy to disassemble and read the meter.
6, in order to compensate for the length error in the installation of the water meter and facilitate the disassembly of the water meter, it is recommended to select the corresponding caliber expansion joint in the downstream of the water meter.
7, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the water meter, install the valve in the appropriate position on the water meter and downstream. Install a check valve downstream of the meter when necessary.
8, bus communication wiring: two-core wire (M-BUS) without positive and negative poles; Four-core cable (RS-485) : red - 12V, yellow - A, green - B, and black - GND.
